Northern Print Network and Clarity Corporation Announce Merger
Wheeling, IL — Northern Print Network and Clarity Corporation, both leading national providers of print management, marketing solutions, and supply chain management, today announce their merger. The newly-combined business, operating under the Northern Print Network name and brand, begins joint operations March 1st, 2012.
The intent of the merger is to provide a more robust product offering to both companies' client base as well as prospective customers throughout the United States. In addition, the merger brings expanded reach, increased financial strength, and shared technologies that focus on better solutions for the customer.
